Gallery > What Has My Painting Seen

What Has My Painting Seen is an exploration of visual memory. Through these painting-objects, I investigate how experiences, places, emotions, and fleeting moments leave traces within us long after they have passed. Rather than depicting specific images or narratives, I focus on what remains—the residue of seeing.
The curved forms, subtle variations, and repeated structures reflect the way memory shifts, folds, and transforms over time. I am interested in the space between recognition and abstraction, where personal memories become universal experiences. These works ask not only what my paintings have seen, but also what viewers bring to them through their own acts of remembering.
